Welcome to AuraShot. By accessing or using our services (including the website, API, and Agent Skill), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
AuraShot is an AI character image generation platform offering the following core capabilities: • Identity Baseline: Generate identity-consistent character ID photos from a face photo. • Scene Switching: Switch character scenes via natural language descriptions while maintaining identity consistency. • Style Transform: Change character styles using reference images or text descriptions. • API & Agent Skill: Provide programmatic character image generation interfaces for AI agents.
Accounts
• You must sign in with a Google or GitHub account to access full services. • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. • You may not transfer your account or allow others to use it. • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
User Content
• You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. • You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded content to provide our services. • You warrant that your uploaded content does not infringe on others' rights and that you have the legal right to use it. • You may not upload illegal, pornographic, violent, or infringing content. • It is strictly prohibited to use this service to generate pornographic, nude, sexually suggestive, or any form of inappropriate content. • It is strictly prohibited to use this service for unauthorized face swapping or deepfake generation of any person. • We deploy automated content safety review systems that detect and filter generated content in real time. • Users who violate our content policy will be immediately banned with no refund. • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
API Usage
• API keys are for your personal or organizational use only and may not be shared or resold. • You may not abuse the API, including but not limited to exceeding reasonable usage, automated attacks, or reverse engineering. • We reserve the right to restrict or terminate API access for abusive behavior.
Payment & Subscriptions
• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. • You may cancel your subscription at any time; you will retain access through the end of the current billing period. • Refund policy: No refunds for services already used. • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with advance notice.
Intellectual Property
• AuraShot's services, interface, code, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. • Images generated through our services may be used freely by you within legal bounds. • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the AuraShot service itself.
Disclaimer
• Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete absence of errors. • AI-generated content may have imperfections; we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of generated results. • We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
Service Changes & Termination
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time. • Users will be notified in advance of significant changes. • Upon service termination, we will allow a reasonable period for you to export your data.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
