We may collect the following types of information: • Account information: When you sign in via Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email address, and avatar. • Uploaded content: Face photos and reference images you upload for character image generation. • Usage data: API call logs, generation task status, and feature usage. • Payment information: Subscription and payment data processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers directly. • Feedback: Email and messages you submit through our feedback form. • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and anonymous visit statistics collected via Google Analytics.
Google User Data
When you sign in with your Google account, we receive the following information via Google OAuth 2.0: • Your name, email address, and profile picture. • We use this information solely to create and maintain your AuraShot account and display your profile. • We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, selling to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to providing AuraShot services. • We do not transfer Google user data to any AI or machine learning model for training purposes. • AuraShot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: • Provide and maintain AuraShot services, including character image generation, scene switching, and style transformation. • Process your subscriptions and payments. • Improve service quality and user experience. • Send service-related notifications. • Prevent abuse and ensure service security. • Detect and filter policy-violating content through automated content safety systems to ensure platform compliance.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following circumstances: • Third-party providers: Including Supabase (authentication and data storage), Stripe (payment processing), WeShop (image generation), and Google Analytics (visit analytics). • These third-party providers process your data only to the extent necessary to provide services on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect your information. • Legal requirements: When required by law or necessary to protect our rights. • We do not share your personal data with any other third parties beyond those listed above.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including: • All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. • Database access is protected by strict permission controls and Row Level Security (RLS) policies. • API keys are stored in encrypted form. • Security measures are reviewed regularly. • We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services. • You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. • Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data and uploaded images within 30 days. • Anonymized statistical data may be retained for service improvement purposes.

Content Safety
• AuraShot strictly prohibits the generation of pornographic, nude, sexually suggestive, violent, or any illegal content. • We deploy automated content safety review systems that detect and filter all generation requests and outputs in real time. • All user-uploaded images must be photos of the user themselves or photos for which the user has obtained proper authorization. • Users who violate our content policy will be immediately banned.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and language preference, as well as Google Analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
Children's Privacy
AuraShot is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.
